Novus is our advanced multi-department business management tool. Designed as a complete asset management system and associated mobile app. Novus offers a vast amount of functionality, through a one-stop system holding all operational, commercial and administrative data for both on-site operatives and back office teams.

Data collected by the App submits directly into the Novus platform, where the timesheet data can be viewed and analysed by Operations and Commercial back office teams, as well as Senior Management. It is an end to end system that incorporates the features listed below.

Daily vehicle check that are mandatory for all operatives to carry out prior to works commencement, in order to maintain compliance and good working practices.

Allow users to submit timesheets directly from site to the system, providing accurate cost management, reducing administration and subcontractor queries.

Defect Management

Business wide visibility and access to all recorded defects on-site, delivering clarity on incomplete work and enhancing operational efficiency.

Scheduling

Seamlessly allocate work to the devices of designated on-site users. All work uploaded via the mobile app is visible in real-time by back-office teams.

Programme & Commercial

Timesheet data and associated synthetic codes are automatically transferred into a bill of quantities for submission to the client. Commercial completion tracks the operational programme, allowing for percentage complete to be seen by all stakeholders.

Common Data Environment

All parties on a project can combine their BIM modelling data to collaborate more effectively. All information is held in one cloud based system, available 24/7 on-demand.
